Mail-In Registration: Please print and mail the registration form and payment to: Running ZonePlease make checks or money orders payable to Running Zone. Confirmations will be listed on the Entry Confirmation page. All confirmations will be updated online every 2 weeks. You can review the listing to verify that you are registered. Online Registration: We have partnered with Active.com for online registration. Use the web links below to complete your online registration. Registration via Active.com closes Thursday, Nov. 25th. LATE REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK-UP
Late registration and packet pickup will be available starting Monday, Nov. 22nd through Friday, Nov. 26th from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m at Running Zone. Registration after Thanksgiving continues at the Health First Health & Fitness Expo from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm on Saturday, Nov. 27th. No Race Day Registration.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
Entry fees are non-refundable and race numbers are non-transferable. Those who register for one distance but wish to switch to the other, have until Nov. 27th to do so. After that date, no changes will be allowed. Cancellation Policy: In the case of lightning, severe rain, wind or any other condition that affects the potential safety of the participants, spectators and volunteers, the event may be delayed and all participants will be asked to proceed to safety. The event will start if the weather clears (in the case of severe weather). In the case of light rain, the event will continue until safety becomes an issue. In the event unusual conditions necessitate the curtailment or cancellation of the event for the safety of participants, the Race Director shall have absolute authority to make changes in order to best serve the interests and safety of the particpants of the event. In case of extreme weather, the race director shall determine if and when the event shall cease, resume or be cancelled.
